McKay Day-to-Day with Injury Tuesday, April 16th , 2080 It's a long season and everyone picks up some cuts and bruises along the way. The latest star to be suffering this year is Anaximander McKay of the Miami Cyclones, who suffered knee tendinitis while running the bases in yesterday's contest against Seattle. While he could play through the injury, it's unclear whether or not the Miami organization will risk that or simply sit him out for the 3-4 weeks the injury is expected to last. McKay currently has a .400 batting average with 14 hits, 0 homers, 5 RBIs, 5 runs scored and a .475 OBP. |
