Takeshi Esaki savored such a moment, going 4-for-5 and hitting for the cycle against the Baltimore Kings. Unfortunately for Esaki, that was all he could savor, as his Washington Senators lost the contest by a score of 16-3. After the game, the right fielder was in no mood to talk about the hitting feat, calling it "pointless trivia." "Nobody cares if I went 0-for-5 or 1-for-5 or 4-for-5," Esaki said. "16-3.
