Gaedels Manjarrez Lost for Year Monday, April 4th , 2078 The season is apparently over for Juan Manjarrez. The St. Louis Gaedels medical staff informed the club that the center fielder will be out at least 9 months with a ruptured achilles tendon. Manjarrez was hurt in the game against Baltimore while running the bases. The doctors did not think he would recover prior to the end of the season. |
