Draves Voted July's Rookie Award Tuesday, August 1st , 2079 Ken Draves's eyes seem to light up whenever he sees the baseball. The young Vancouver third baseman has been hitting everything in sight for the better part of a month. In July he was voted the Rookie of the Month. During the month he hit .347 with 10 doubles, 1 triple and 10 home runs. Draves also scored 14 times and drove in 31 runs. Looking at his present stats, Draves has compiled a .293 batting average in 105 games with a .327 on-base percentage, while hitting 22 home runs and driving in 71 runs. |
