Valido Goes on Rampage Against Lobster Tuesday, May 9th , 2079 Erleisi Valido of the Gaedels was unstoppable in his team's 10-2 victory over the Portland (E) Lobster at Ballpark of Portland. He battered them for 5 hits in 5 at-bats. "Boy, I was on the mark today," said the St. Louis first baseman after the game. "I could see the ball real well. It's a great feeling to do this. And besides, 5-for-5 won't hurt your batting average like 0-for-5 will." Erleisi Valido hit a two-run home run off Antonio Melgar in the 2nd, singled in the 4th, hit an RBI double in the 5th, singled in the 7th and hit a solo-shot off Pablo Medina in the 9th.
