Dove and Geng Swapped Friday, November 26th , 2083 The Phantoms and Greens announced a deal that was completed today. Chicago sent 19-year old minor league 1B J.P. Dove and 21-year old minor league CF Josh Hill to Boston for 26-year old CF Zhong-shan Geng and 26-year old minor league RHP Gerardo Garcia. Both teams appear happy with the outcome of the trade. The general managers told the Baseball News Network they felt the swap was beneficial for all parties involved. In his 467-game career Geng has hit .244 with 420 hits, 37 home runs, and 178 RBIs and has scored 246 runs. |
