Phantoms Deal Archuleta to Avispas for Shibuya Friday, November 26th , 2083 The Chicago Phantoms announced a deal with the Avispas today, sending 22-year old RHP Jose Bustillo and 22-year old minor league 1B Ruben Archuleta to Santiago for 23-year old RHP Susumu Shibuya. It had been talked about for the past few weeks and everything came together late last night. All players are expected to be joining their respective clubs shortly. Shibuya owns a 5-2 won-lost record with a 3.43 ERA for his career. In 27 games he has recorded 1 save, and the 23-year-old has 43 strikeouts in 60.1 innings of work. |
