Metropolitanos Stick Spectres with 3-2 Loss
In a low-scoring affair between the Havana Metropolitanos and the Philadelphia Spectres, pitcher Dave Quintero was the difference between victory and defeat. The Havana right-hander earned accolades for his stellar performance in the 3-2 Metropolitanos win. The victory gives Havana a record of 42-22.

Havana used a clutch at-bat from Alex Flores to capture the win. The catcher hammered a 3-run home run in the top of the fifth inning to put the Metropolitanos ahead, 3-1. It was his lone hit in 3 at-bats, but it was a humdinger.

"The other side played a good game," said Philadelphia manager Ryan Huff. "You tip your cap to them."
