The Cincinnati Twins defeated the New York Titans, 8-7. First Baseman Tanner Minty deserved a large share of the credit. Minty hit 2 home runs, while adding 4 RBI and scoring twice for the Twins. Kristian Kupkat was credited with the save for Cincinnati, his 2nd of the season. The Twins, at 30-33, inhabit 4th place in the Eastern Conference Willis Briceno Division.

Cincinnati used the timely hitting of Jessie McMenemy to seize the win. The third baseman stroked a run-scoring single in the top of the ninth inning to put the Twins on top, 8-7. It was his only hit in 5 at-bats, but it was a game-changer.

"That's what I love about baseball," said McMenemy. "No matter how good or how bad you did, you get to wake up the next day and start all over."
