|
Philadelphia Spectres starter Santos Lalin hurled his team past the Miami Cyclones, 2-1. Lalin, the winner, moves to 1-4. He threw 5.1 innings of 2-hit ball, while fanning 6 and giving up 5 walks. Rodolfo Ruiz recorded the save, his 2nd.
Mike Rozar took Miami hurler Matt Pinette deep in the bottom of the fourth. His solo home run put the Spectres on top, 2-1. In all, Rozar had 1 single in addition to the home run, while going 2 for 3.
"Scoring was at a premium tonight," Rozar said.
With the win, the Spectres have a record of 28-33.
