Senators Win, Now 31-28
|
New York had no answer for Washington Senators hurler Axel Maisonneuve, who overwhelmed Titans hitters as the Senators coasted to victory, 6-1. With the win, Washington pushed its record to 31-28.
James LaRue helped out the Washington cause in the bottom of the fourth inning with a run-scoring walk. For the game, the left fielder drew 1 walk in 4 plate appearances.
"You can never predict what'll happen," LaRue said. "That's why you play the game."
