One for the Ages: Toros Beat Titans on 14th Inning Walk-Off
The Tucson Toros got a strong game from starter B.J. Terriquez, but it was some clutch hitting that ultimately delivered the win.

The Toros took the 3-2 win over the New York Titans in Game 4 of the League Championship in a 14th inning walk-off. The win capped off a fine outing for the right-handed Terriquez. Terriquez threw 7.0 innings of 5-hit ball in the win, which brought the Toros into a 2-2 tie in the best-of-9 series.

The clutch at-bat came in the bottom of the 14th inning, when Tucson shortstop Arturo Capelo, facing Matt Pontius, had a run-scoring single. It gave the Toros the 3-2 win.

"That's baseball," said New York manager Nate Beckman. "Sometimes the other team plays better than yours."

The next game is set to be played tomorrow at Polo Grounds II in New York.
