Brooklyn Wins at Home to Narrow Series Deficit to 3-1
The Brooklyn Browns have closed some of the gap between themselves and the series-leading New York Titans, winning 5-4 at Brown Town today. Browns left-hander Kevin Bozek threw 6.2 innings of 5-hit ball. The win cuts the deficit facing the Browns to 3-1 in the best-of-7 Divisional Series.

Jose Buezo helped his team take an early lead with a 2-run home run. It came in the first inning, making the score 2-0, Browns.

"We're happy," Buezo told reporters after the win. "When you're in the playoffs, you've got to treat every game like it could be your last."

The next game is set to be played tomorrow at Polo Grounds II in New York.
