Harfangs Win Again, Extend Series Lead to 3-0
The Montreal Harfangs moved to within one game of the Conference Championship, downing the visiting Buffalo Rangers at Mount Royal Park by a score of 6-3. Harfangs right-hander Tom Dobie had a strong outing in which he threw 7.2 innings allowing 1 run. The win gives the Harfangs a 3-0 advantage in the best-of-7 Divisional Series.

In the bottom of the fifth, Jose Gonzales delivered a clutch hit. With two gone and runners on 1st and 2nd, the Montreal left fielder hit a run-scoring single, putting the Harfangs in front, 6-3.

"We haven't stopped playing," Buffalo manager Alex Beckman said. "We didn't get this far to give up."

The next game is set to be played tomorrow at Mount Royal Park in Montreal.
