The Las Vegas Aces got a strong performance from pitcher Kurt Bozek. Eldest Boy stymied the Vancouver offense en route to a solid, 6-0 win at Fox-Chong Park. Bozek, now 4-3, was the winner. In 7.1 innings, he gave up 3 hits, while striking out 3, walking 1, and allowing no runs. Las Vegas is now 26-31, while Vancouver is 25-32.

Las Vegas used a clutch at-bat from William Sanjines to capture the win. The designated hitter hammered a 3-run home run in the top of the fifth inning to put the Aces ahead, 3-0. It was his lone hit in 2 at-bats, but it was a humdinger.
