Wolves Collect 4-3 Win Over Aces
Fans witnessed a whale of a game between the Vancouver Wolves and Las Vegas Aces.

The Vancouver Wolves topped the Las Vegas Aces, 4-3, in 11 innings at Western Coliseum. The game was highlighted by the performance of Vancouver pitcher Raul Garibaldi. The winner was Vancouver reliever Jesus Ortiz, now 5-2. The loser was Jose Castillo.

Spencer Goldsmith came through with a big-time hit for Vancouver. The left fielder smacked a solo home run in the top of the 11th inning to give his team the lead, 4-3. It was his only hit, but it was clutch.

"I was just taking it batter by batter, just enjoying the moment," said Garibaldi.

Vancouver currently is in last place in the Western Conference Nala Forcelledo Division at 25-31.
