Wolves Turn Back Las Vegas, 3-2

Western Coliseum was the site of an exciting ballgame between the Vancouver Wolves and Las Vegas Aces.
The performance of Yenier Arruebarrena proved critical in helping Vancouver beat Las Vegas, 3-2. The Wolves third baseman was 3 for 3 with 2 doubles and a walk. He drove in 2 runs. Jose Uresti was the winner. He's now 3-5. The loser was 24-year old right-handed pitcher Caleb Zwickey.
With Vancouver leading 1-0 in the top of the fifth, Arruebarrena hit a fastball from Caleb Zwickey for a 2-run double. It was his 6th double of the season and put the Wolves ahead, 3-0.
In postgame remarks, Arruebarrena applauded his team's "business-like approach."
Vancouver is last in the Western Conference Nala Forcelledo Division with a record of 24-31.
