Seattle Loses Again, 10-5
|
Starting pitcher Jake Orthman pitched well enough to help the Chicago Phantoms beat the Seattle Arrows, 10-5. Chicago, at 27-27, sits in second place in the Western Conference Felipe Solorzo Division.
Nala Forcelledo, who led the WC in stolen bases with 77 in 2074, helped out the Chicago cause in the top of the sixth inning with a run-scoring walk. For the game, the second baseman drew 2 walks.
"I know everybody in here is putting in the work," said Seattle manager Dr. Jay Siber. "It's just not paying off."
