The home crowd had a good time watching the Seattle Arrows and San Francisco Friars get after it.

San Francisco left fielder Leonilde Tigre helped his team beat the Seattle Arrows, 6-2. Tigre, who finished 2nd in the WC in extra base hits with 84 last year, went 4 for 4 for the Friars. Alex Mijangos got the win, improving to 5-2. He pitched 6 innings, giving up 2 hits and 1 run, while striking out 4 and walking 3. Mike Pechtel closed out the game, earning his 14th save.

Amdre Ceclio went 1 for 4, while adding 2 RBI and scoring once for San Francisco. The 2078 Rookie of the Year Award winner had a key at-bat in the bottom of the fourth. With one out and runners on 2nd and 3rd, he broke a 0-0 tie with a 2-run single off Ricky Zika. It was his 43rd hit of the season.

"We had some nice at-bats at the right time," said Friars manager Jeremy Cooan.

The Friars have an impressive 32-20 record.
