Zika Powers Aquas Offense
|
Houston Aquas starter Ricky Zika found his groove in his team's 7-5 win over the Vancouver Wolves. Houston is now 98-61, 15 games up in the Western Conference Felipe Solorzo Division.
With Houston trailing 4-3 in the top of the fifth, Zika hit a changeup from Timmo MacDonald for a 3-run home run. It was his 34th home run of the season and put the Aquas ahead, 6-4.
"Ricky had good arm action, good stuff," said Houston manager Brandon Coroian.
