Portland right-hander Yandri Vido pitched his team to victory over the Alaska Kodiaks at Portland Park. The final score was 10-3. Portland is second in the Western Conference John Sexton Division with a record of 84-75.

Portland got a big at-bat from Valencia, Venezuela native Xadreque Esperana, who in the bottom of the fourth hit a 3-run home run. It was his 24th home run of the season and put the Dragons ahead, 10-0.

"Obviously, you want to go out there and be good every time out," said Vido. "I take the ball every day with the same mindset."
