The Seattle Arrows beat the Tucson Toros, 15-3. Seattle first baseman and Leadville North, Colorado, native Mark Kubina led the way. The Arrows move to 75-81 with the win, while the Toros drop to 65-91.

Keverne Brady, the 5th overall pick in the 2077 draft, aided the Seattle cause with a run-scoring ground out in the top of the second. For the game, the right fielder went 2 for 5 with 2 singles. He drove in 2 runs and scored once.

"It was a tough day, no getting around it," said losing manager Rick Barnes.
