Behind the hitting of Adir Barrabi, the Alaska Kodiaks stopped the Denver Glaciers, 8-5. Barrabi belted 2 home runs, while adding 3 RBI and scoring twice for the Kodiaks. Alaska's record now stands at 86-70, placing them first in the Western Conference John Sexton Division.
With Alaska leading 3-0 in the top of the third, Barrabi hit a fastball from Edwin Munoz for a 2-run home run. It was his 15th home run of the season and put the Kodiaks ahead, 5-0.
"I'm just looking to see the ball, hit the ball," said Barrabi.
