The Las Vegas Aces faced a tenacious opponent in Vancouver pitcher John Gulley, but still scratched out a win at Western Coliseum by a final score of 4-3 in 10 innings. Gulley went 6 innings and allowed 3 runs. With the victory, the Aces record stands at 76-78.

The clutch at-bat came in the bottom of the tenth inning, when Las Vegas third baseman Manichiro Kawasaki, facing Cody Goings, had a run-scoring walk. It gave the Aces the 4-3 win.

"It's a satisfying feeling, to win like we did," said Kawasaki.
