The Miami Cyclones stopped the Santiago Avispas, 4-3, behind an impressive performance from Adam Adamski. The 24-year old right fielder made life miserable for Santiago pitching. He went 3 for 4 with 3 doubles, while scoring 2 runs. Picking up the save was 24-year old left-handed pitcher Chris Herdegen. Miami, at 62-91, holds down last place in the Eastern Conference Paul Pagac Division.

Adamski contributed in the bottom of the fifth. With a runner on 1st, he hit a run-scoring double. It was one at-bat among others that helped Miami get the win.

"We came out on the wrong end of this one," said Santiago skipper Jacob Pauly.
