Thunderbirds Net 4-3 Win Over Glaciers

Denver got a terrific game from center fielder Larry Perfect. It wasn't enough, though, to prevent the team from falling to Phoenix, 4-3. Perfect went 2-3 with a home run. He drove in 3 runs and scored once. At 25-25, Phoenix is in second place in the Western Conference Manny Muro Division.
Phoenix used the hitting of Rickey Pfau to pick up the win. The first baseman clubbed a 2-run home run in the top of the second inning to put the Thunderbirds on top, 4-2. For the game, Pfau had 1 home run and 1 single in 4 at-bats.
"We came out on the wrong end of this one," said Denver skipper Todd Bleess.
