In a tight contest between the New York Titans and the Kansas City Athletics, Matt Pontius was the determining factor. The New York left-hander sparkled in his team's 3-2 win. Pierre Prent picked up the save, his 3rd. The Titans move to 22-26 with the win, while the Athletics drop to 28-21.
