Glaciers Stay Hot With 4-3 Win
|
The Denver Glaciers picked up a win at Mountain Dew Park, dropping the Phoenix Thunderbirds, 4-3. Tetsukazu Kaneda, who is a two-time All-Star, was the difference-maker. Earning his 5th save of the year was Victor Garza. The wins continue to add up for Denver. The latest makes it 7 in a row.
In the bottom of the fifth, with the game tied, Phoenix allowed the Glaciers to go up, 4-3, on a Phoenix error.
"This team's hitting on all cylinders," said Glaciers manager Todd Bleess.
