Guadamuz Clouts 2 Homers in 13-5 New York Win
With second baseman Carlos Guadamuz leading the charge, the New York Titans defeated the Phoenix Thunderbirds, 13-5, at Polo Grounds II. Guadamuz, who is on pace for 107 RBI this season, hit 2 home runs, while scoring 3 runs and driving in 6. The Titans have an impressive 34-13 record.

With New York leading 8-2 in the bottom of the sixth, Guadamuz came up to bat against Phoenix pitcher Alberto Aviles. Guadamuz hit a fastball to right-center for a grand slam home run. His 8th home run of the season put the Titans on top, 12-2.
