Munro goes 3-for-4 in Tucson Win
The Tucson Toros stymied the Los Angeles Stars, 7-1, at Stars Ballpark. Donner Munro had a good day at the plate. He was 3-4 with a home run, 2 singles, and a walk. He scored 2 times and drove in 3 for Tucson. The save went to Don Young, number 1 for him. The win moves Tucson to a record of 2-3.

Tucson used a clutch at-bat from Elisa Martinez to capture the win. The designated hitter hammered a 3-run home run in the top of the first inning to put the Toros ahead, 3-0. It was his lone hit in 5 at-bats, but it was a humdinger.

"We were able to put some good swings on some pitches," Munro told the Tucson Daily News.
