The Houston Aquas beat the Denver Glaciers, 6-4, in 13 innings. Houston pitcher and Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic, native Antonio Equihua led the way. The Western Conference Felipe Solorzo Division-leading Aquas are 29-18.

Houston took a 6-4 lead on Ricky Zika's 11th home run of the season. The 2-run home run, which Zika hit in the top of the 13th, left Denver pitcher John Huberty visibly frustrated.

"We didn't go down without a fight," said Denver manager Todd Bleess.
