Perez Hits Two Homers in 6-4 Win for San Francisco
|
Baseball fans saw a good contest between the San Francisco Friars and Las Vegas Aces.
The San Francisco Friars trumped the Las Vegas Aces, 6-4, at Western Coliseum. San Francisco first baseman Felix Perez was terrific. He slugged 2 home runs. He drove in 5 runs and scored twice. Las Vegas drops to 1-4.
Early in the game, Perez had a 3-run home run for San Francisco. It was his 4th home run of the season and put the Friars on top, 3-0.
"It's always a heck of a lot easier to get to sleep after a win," Perez told the San Francisco Observer. "I know I'll rest easy tonight."
