Buffalo Loses Again
The Brooklyn Browns beat the Buffalo Rangers, 10-4, at Bison Stadium. The win was due in part to left fielder Josh Bystrom, who went 4-4 with a triple, 2 doubles, and a walk, while scoring 3. Keaton Bozek went 5.2 innings for Brooklyn to pick up the win. The left-hander was charged with 4 runs. He scattered 7 hits, while walking 3 and striking out 7. His record improves to 3-2. The losses continue to mount for Buffalo, which has now dropped 6 in a row.

Brooklyn used a clutch at-bat from Antonio Burquez to capture the win. The right fielder hammered a 3-run home run in the top of the third inning to put the Browns ahead, 5-1. It was his lone hit in 5 at-bats, but it was a humdinger.

"We're not exactly playing great right now," said Alex Beckman, the Buffalo manager.
