Gonzales, Metropolitanos Too Much for Juggernauts
The Havana Metropolitanos powered past the Toronto Juggernauts, 10-4, at Estadio Latinoamericano. Andy Gonzales provided some of the pop. He was 3-3 with a home run, a double, and a walk, while scoring 4 runs and driving in 4. Bobby Alkire earned the win. Jesus Carbajal, who finished 5th in the EC in ERA with 3.13 in 2074, took the loss for Toronto. The loss makes Toronto 69-82.

Early in the game, Gonzales had a run-scoring double for Havana. It was his 23rd double of the season and put the Metropolitanos on top, 1-0.

Havana manager Kevin Mayerhofer commended his team for "putting the hammer down."
