Friars Even Record with 10-5 Victory
The 10-5 San Francisco win over San Antonio was due largely to Leonilde Tigre. The Friars right fielder was 2-4 with a home run and a walk, while adding 4 RBI and scoring once. San Francisco reliever Cheh Ye was the winner. His record is now 5-8. Peter Rook took the loss. San Francisco raised its record to 76-76 with the win.

With San Francisco trailing 5-4 in the top of the ninth, Tigre hit a fastball from Peter Rook for a grand slam home run. It was his 33rd home run of the season and put the Friars ahead, 8-5.

"This was one of those games you love to be a part of," said Tigre.
