Almazan Powers Aces Offense
Las Vegas beat San Antonio at Western Coliseum, eking out a 4-3 win. The triumph was primarily due to left fielder Leon Almazan. He was 1-1 with a home run and 3 walks, while adding 4 RBI and scoring once. The setback makes San Antonio 65-86.

With Las Vegas trailing 3-0 in the bottom of the fourth, Almazan hit a fastball from Jeff Umlah for a grand slam home run. It was his 4th home run of the season and put the Aces ahead, 4-3.

"If you want to be considered a good team, these are the kind of games you have to win," said Las Vegas manager Justin Coroian.
