Pitcher Travis Morris was rock solid in helping the St. Louis Gaedels beat the Washington Senators, 2-0. Hogai Yasuda earned save number 9 this season.
Morris allowed no runs on 4 hits over 7.2 innings for the Gaedels. With the win, he is 14-9 with an ERA of 3.82.
"Travis was throwing strikes, locating well," said St. Louis manager Mak Dolnick.
