Cyclones Roll Over Greens, 9-4
|
The home crowd had a good time watching the Boston Greens and Miami Cyclones get after it.
The Miami Cyclones defeated the Boston Greens, 9-4, at Kroger Stadium. Ismael Allegranza was a standout performer for Miami. His 3 hits included 2 singles and 1 double, in addition to the 3 runs he scored and 3 he knocked in. Picking up the win was Danny Chagolla. He went 5.2 innings, allowing 4 runs on 5 hits. The game turned with one out in the bottom of the fourth when Allegranza, the 25th overall pick in the 2064 draft, hit a run-scoring single. It propelled the Cyclones into the lead, 4-3.
"It's nice to come out on top today," said Allegranza.
