Cyclones Get One-Run Win at Boston
|
The Miami Cyclones downed the Boston Greens, 5-4. The hitting star was center fielder Adam Adamski. Adamski went 3 for 5 with 3 singles, while adding 3 RBI for the Cyclones. Chris Herdegen earned his 10th save, after closing out the game. Miami, at 59-89, holds down last place in the Eastern Conference Paul Pagac Division.
Adamski got the Cyclones off to a quick start. In the top of the first, with the bases loaded, he hit a 2-run single.
"I was just going up there trying to see good pitches, that was about it," said Adamski.
