Rangers Deal Lobster Painful Loss
In a tight affair between the Buffalo Rangers and the Maine Lobster, pitcher Jose Nereida was in the zone. The Buffalo left-hander helped his team win the game, 1-0. Buffalo reliever Ricardo Alas got the win, raising his record to 3-0. Masato Nishihara was tagged with the loss. The Rangers win now puts them at 82-64.

The decisive blow was delivered by Cole Hickey in the bottom of the 11th when he hit a run-scoring double off 24-year old left-handed pitcher Masato Nishihara to win the game for Buffalo. The home crowd went nuts.

"Jose's stuff looked really, really crisp," said Alex Beckman, the Rangers manager.
