|
Behind a fine performance from Heater Watkins, the Chicago Phantoms knocked off the San Francisco Friars, 3-1. Watkins went 2 for 4 with a home run. He scored 2 times for the Phantoms. Russ Burgess notched the win in relief. The left-hander allowed no runs on 1 hit in 1.2 innings. His record now sits at 1-0. At 73-73, the Phantoms are currently third in the Western Conference Nala Forcelledo Division.
