Chicago Gets 10-9 Win Versus Los Angeles in 10
The Chicago Phantoms did just enough to secure a victory over the Los Angeles Stars, 10-9, in 10 innings at Foster Field. Nobody did more than right fielder Jin-young Choe. Danny Galaviz picked up the win in relief for Chicago, while Jimmy Hsia took the loss. Chicago is now 20-19, Los Angeles 19-20.

The Phantoms got a clutch hit from first baseman Jose Buezo. In the bottom of the tenth, he delivered a run-scoring single to win the game for the Phantoms.

"It's great to get the crowd pumped up," Buezo said.
