The timely hitting of Nate Tinsley helped the Denver Glaciers down the Portland Dragons, 10-8. Tinsley went 3 for 5 with a home run and 2 singles. He scored 2 times and drove in 5 for the Glaciers. The game was decided with two out in the bottom of the tenth. With Denver trailing 8-6, Tinsley jumped on a fastball from 25-year old left-handed pitcher Alberto Rosario and hit a grand slam home run to right. With one swing, the Glaciers had a walk-off win.
