9-5 Loss Deepens Washington Funk
|
Baltimore third baseman Keinosuke Wakabayashi had a 3-RBI game, which helped his team beat the Washington Senators, 9-5. Buck South was the winner in relief. His record is now 6-5. The losing pitcher was Shunsen Maekawa. Washington now owns a losing streak of 6 games.
With no one out in the top of the fifth, Shu-yaan Kuang put Baltimore in front, 7-5, with a 2-run single. The Kings went on to win the ballgame.
