The Portland (E) Lobster converted a terrific effort from starter Marco Buenrostro into a win over the Buffalo Rangers at Ballpark of Portland. The Lobster won the game by a final score of 8-2. Portland (E) sits in last place in the Eastern Conference Solano Antas Division at 54-87.

Dave Fraga was 1-5 for Portland (E). The 26-year old third baseman had a key at-bat in the bottom of the fourth. With no one out and the bases loaded, he broke a 2-2 tie with a run-scoring ground out off Tom Thexton. It was his 6th RBI of the season.
