Arrows Fall, 9-6, to Videaux, Glaciers

With right fielder Dennis Videaux leading the charge, the Denver Glaciers defeated the Seattle Arrows, 9-6, at Mountain Dew Park. Videaux, who is tied for 5th in the WC with a .947 OPS, went 2 for 4 with a home run and a walk, while scoring 2 and driving in 4. The win was credited to Hwui-ning Tsou in relief. His record improves to 2-5. Alex Zapien took the loss. Phil Payne earned his 8th save in 11 chances.
With Denver leading 5-4 in the bottom of the fourth, Videaux hit a fastball from Raul Madera for a grand slam home run. It was his 35th home run of the season and put the Glaciers ahead, 9-4.
"Very good win for our guys," said Videaux.
The Glaciers saw their win-loss record go to 73-68. At the same time, the Arrows fell to 68-73.
