Portland (E) picked up a win at Molson Park, toppling the Toronto Juggernauts, 5-1. Pitcher Vidal Cortez was one of the reasons the Lobster triumphed. The last-place Lobster lifted their record to 57-82.

In the top of the second, catcher Ruben Torres hit a 2-run double to left-center. The double, which was hit off of Marco Buenrostro, gave Portland (E) a 3-0 lead.

"It feels good, just a great win all around," Cortez said after the game.
