Cyclones Edge Past Greens, 2-1
|
The Miami Cyclones found a way to sneak past the Boston Greens, 2-1, in 11 innings. Miami pitcher Josh Hebrank, for one, had a standout performance. The winner was Ruben Trigueros in relief. His record improves to 1-0. Ricardo Alas took the loss. The Cyclones sit in second place in the Eastern Conference Max Badaloni Division with a record of 71-68.
The Cyclones got a clutch hit from center fielder Gurmu Jemadari. In the bottom of the 11th, he delivered a run-scoring single to win the game for the Cyclones.
