The Baltimore Kings beat the Boston Greens, 6-3, at Arrington Park. Baltimore right fielder Robbie Klabunde had an outstanding performance. He was 2 for 4 with a home run and a double, while adding 3 RBI and scoring once. Bryan Walker earned the win after being summoned from the bullpen. The right-hander allowed 1 run on 2 hits in 1.2 innings. He upped his record to 4-6. Victor Balaguer converted his 8th save in 10 tries.

With Baltimore leading 3-1 in the top of the fifth, Klabunde hit a fastball from Al Nieves for a 2-run double. It was his 28th double of the season and put the Kings ahead, 5-1.

Baltimore manager Brad Carpenter was pleased with the team's effort. "Our guys played hard, they played all the way through," he said.

The third-place Kings now have a win-loss record of 69-67.
