Cincinnati Rallies to 5-3 Win
The Cincinnati Twins dealt the Buffalo Rangers a 5-3 loss at Cincinnati Grounds. Bobby Winterfeld, who is tied for 7th in the EC in bases on balls with 23, was 2-3 with a home run and was hit by a pitch. He scored 2 runs. Ernie Martinez, credited with the win in relief, is now 3-1. He allowed no runs on 3 hits in 1 innings. Getting the save was Kimiya Kinoshita, his 1st.

The Twins got a big at-bat from left fielder Luis Zuniga. For the game, Zuniga went 2-3 with 2 doubles and a walk, while adding 2 RBI. In the bottom of the fifth, with runners on 1st and 2nd, he stroked a 2-run double. His 12th double of the season gave Cincinnati a 3-2 lead.

"Another day, another win. On to the next one," Zuniga told the Cincinnati Times.
